getting at the naked truth
you are naked
and you have an urge to get more naked
hidden desire
hidden intent
hidden possibilities
revealing vulnerabilities
perfection flows
caught in the lens
and like baggage
is maybe lost in transit
drink long, drink deep
loose the chains
unbinding sparks
and flashing dreams
are playing not so far away
unveiling third space
dreaming eye
opening the narrow way
tween todays towering impossibilities
belief will block the passage
while the blind beginners mind may fluidly pass through
intimately aware
of the gaps
in what most claim to be impassable terrain
is the truth so precious it is locked away in layer after layer each
less real than the last?
until it walks in rags, well below the perceptions of all but eyes
widest in wonder?
tiny shuffling steps we take
make what today is impossible
into tomorrows possibilities
dreams may come in the darkness
but by morning light fade away
though one might stay
lingering awhile in the dawn
the fluidity of non-thinking
perceiving desire after desire
so many layers hide the heart
we walk in blindness, feeling our way
through the impenetrable
by touch
